3. Account and Orders
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of appraisers in the requested area.
4. Fees and Payment
- Appraisal fees are quoted at the time of order and may vary based on property type and location.
- Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order placement.
- Cancellation fees may apply for orders cancelled after appraiser assignment.
5. Appraisal Reports
Appraisal reports are prepared by independent licensed appraisers in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Thomas AMC does not guarantee specific appraisal values and is not responsible for the opinions of value provided by appraisers.
6. Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only. Actual completion times may vary based on property complexity, appraiser availability, access scheduling, and other factors. Thomas AMC does not guarantee specific delivery dates.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Thomas AMC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thomas AMC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on appraisal reports.
